Temporary Lane Closures on E Twiggs Street to begin September 5, 2018 for Emergency Utility Maintenance Work
Starting Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 9am, the inside westbound lane and the eastbound lane in the 200 block of E Twiggs Street between N Tampa Street and N Ashley Drive will close while department crews begin emergency repairs to a sewer lateral. The outside westbound lane will remain open during this repair. Signage and arrow boards will be in place to direct motorists around the closed lanes and work site.
This repair and the restoration of the area will be completed by close of business on Friday, September 7, 2018, weather permitting.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
