Temporary Lane Closures on W Kennedy Boulevard to begin May 1, 2018 for Utility Maintenance
A portion of W Kennedy Boulevard between S Hyde Park Avenue and N Willow Avenue will close nightly beginning on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 for utility maintenance. A City contractor will be cleaning and relining sewer lines in W Kennedy Boulevard between N Delaware Avenue and N Willow Avenue. One (1) westbound lane on W Kennedy Boulevard between N Brevard Street and N Willow Avenue will be closed on May 1, 2018 at 7 pm until 5 am the following morning.
One (1) westbound lane on W Kennedy Boulevard between N Brevard Street and N Willow Avenue will be maintained at all times, with delays.
Left turn movements for westbound motorists on W Kennedy Boulevard between N Brevard Street and N Willow Avenue will also be maintained during construction.
All lanes on W Kennedy Boulevard between N Brevard Street and N Willow Avenue will be open to traffic by 5 am on Friday, May 4, 2018, weather permitting.
The City recommends using alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
