Temporary Lane Closure of Himes Avenue September 18, 2017 for Site Development
A portion of N Himes Avenue between W Spruce Street and W Cypress Street will close on Monday, September 18, 2017, for a site development project at the corner of N Himes Avenue and Chestnut Street.
One (1) southbound lane on N Himes Avenue between W Spruce Street and W Union Street will close at 9 am on September 18, 2017 and will reopen to traffic by 3 pm, weather permitting.
The eastbound lane on Chestnut Street will also be closed during construction with traffic maintained in the westbound lane, with minor delays.
The City recommends using alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
Southbound motorists can use N Dale Mabry Highway between W Spruce Street W Cypress Street in lieu of N Himes Avenue.
