Temporary Lane Closure MacDill Avenue to begin February 27, 2017 for Utility Maintenance
A portion of MacDill Avenue from Bay to Bay to El Prado Boulevard will be closed at 9 am on Monday, February 27, 2017. The City contractor will clean and line the existing sewer main on MacDill Avenue from Julia Street to El Prado Boulevard, as part of the Capital Improvement Project. The construction work is anticipated to be completed by 4 pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, weather permitting.
Northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained on the east side of MacDill Avenue, at all times with delays.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
