Register Now for the Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ 101 “When in Doubt, Think Drought!”

Tampa Water Department customers can get “When in Doubt, Think Drought!” tips at the 2017 Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ 101 workshop. The workshop will provide talks on Right Plant/Right Place, Drought Tolerant Plants, Mulching and Groundcovers or Turfgrass; the Pros and Cons.

This year’s workshop will be held at Hillsborough Community College’s Dale Mabry campus from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday March 11, 2017.

Bring your plant questions, leaf and insect samples and problems to the diagnostic table. You can view specimens through a microscope. Staff and volunteers will be available to answer your questions and provide recommendations.
